Returns & refunds

Wigs must please be unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.

We arrange couriers to collect your returned order from your address so the process is quick and hassle-free and you do not need to pay any delivery charges!

If you choose to do an Exchange your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.

If you choose a Refund then as soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT or if you paid via Payfast or Payflex, layup, mobicred, or happy-pay, we will simply do a refund via Payfast or PayJustNow.

Is your hair 100% human hair?

Yes. Every unit, including our wear-and-go bob wigs and full lace frontal units, is made from 100% Remi or virgin human hair. Nothing synthetic, nothing blended, just single-donor hair with natural movement and shine.

Can I colour or restyle my wig?

Our virgin hair wigs, like the 10" 4x4 wear-and-go bob, are unprocessed and uncoloured, so they can be dyed, curled, or straightened just like your own hair. We recommend a professional stylist for colour changes to protect the hair quality.

Do you offer wig maintenance services like un-plaiting?

Yes. Our UN-PLAITING service safely removes braids and cornrows without damaging your natural hair, so your next install starts on a clean, healthy foundation.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 3-5 business days nationwide. All prices are shown in ZAR, and you'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unworn units in original packaging with lace uncut can be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we're unable to accept returns on worn or altered wigs.

How do I choose between a 4x4 closure and a full lace frontal unit?

A 4x4 closure, like our wear-and-go bob, offers a natural part with easy daily wear. A full lace frontal unit, such as our Exotic Straight Remi Single-Drawn piece, gives you versatile parting and a seamless hairline from ear to ear.
